The idea of creating this training program was born at a time in my life when I was trying to find a solution to meet the growing demand from my patients.
Indeed, given the results achieved with this practice, the demand kept increasing. Some doctors in my area were also referring their patients to me for complementary care. I also treated several of my colleagues with cupping therapy.
A medicine with no side effects that has helped relieve and support many of my patients.
As it was humanly impossible for me to handle all these requests, I started training two nurses to pass on my knowledge and assist me in my practice.
I intended to develop cupping therapy in France and thus be able to treat and support more patients.
Unfortunately, to my great regret, the French authorities decided otherwise. This practice is no longer allowed for nurses in France, and recently, it has also been prohibited for doctors.
In my opinion, this practice should have been regulated rather than banned. France is the only country in the world that prohibits cupping therapy. Why?
Many of my patients asked me to train them so that they could practice on their family members and continue to benefit from this therapy.
I was able to find a solution that satisfied me and met a real demand: creating an accessible training program to guide individuals who wish to use this practice strictly within a family setting and in complete safety. A more in-depth and comprehensive certification program will also be available in a few months for those who want to develop a professional practice.
Trained individuals must comply with the laws of the country in which they wish to practice.
